​What are the treatments after a work injury?

Though each individual treatment will be specific to each patient, the following are common treatments at Portland Chiropractic.

• ​Manual Therapy - adjustments/mobilizations of joints to, decrease pain, restore proper motion and improve function. 
• Soft Tissue Massage - which can include massage therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy to relieve muscle tension and pain
• Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation - including in office exercise and/or home exercise programs to help restore range of motion and strengthen injured tissues
• Electrical Stimulation
• Ultrasound Therapy
